Misbah is an Immigration Programme Manager at Fragomen’s London office. She is responsible for managing complex immigration programmes and ensuring client service excellence for the firm’s largest clients within the tech and financial service industries. With a strong grasp of client cultures, Misbah proactively identifies challenges and creates tailored solutions while ensuring seamless integration of immigration processes which align with broader client objectives and evolving needs.
In her role, Misbah manages all aspects of programme delivery at the operational and transactional levels, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous process improvements and mitigating programme risks. Skilled in end-to-end project management, she has successfully led multiple client projects across EMEA including restructures, expansions and multi-jurisdictional student/graduate programmes.
Misbah is known for her strong collaborative approach, partnering effectively across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the successful execution of initiatives and project deliverables to a high standard.
Misbah speaks English, Gujarati and Urdu.
