Mith is an Associate at Fragomen’s London office, where he works in the firm’s UK inbound team. In this role, he assists corporate clients and individuals with a broad range of immigration matters including Skilled Worker visas, Global Business Mobility routes, family routes, settlement, and naturalisation applications.

Mith’s clients span a range of industries including finance, asset management, media, advertising, engineering and construction.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Mith headed the Corporate and Private immigration department of a niche firm, where he advised clients on a wide spectrum of matters including sponsor licence applications, compliance training and the Points Based System. He also assisted with contentious matters including immigration appeals and judicial reviews at the First-tier and Upper-tier Tribunals.

Mith speaks English and Tamil.
