Molly helps the world’s largest technology companies develop, manage and refine the structure of their complex immigration policies.
By harmonizing her clients’ immigration challenges with their corporate mission and principles, risk tolerance and available resources, she creates programs that advance their business objectives and maintain the highest standard of employee satisfaction.
Client service is paramount for Molly. She fosters collaborative, long-term relationships with personnel in her clients’ legal departments, government relations groups, mobility departments, and HR and talent acquisition groups, who value her for her accessibility and approachability. Even more important to Molly, however, is the experience of her clients’ front-line employees. Her 100-plus-person team is trained, under her direction, to be exceptionally responsive and solution-oriented, especially in the event of crisis or disruption.
