Nicholas is a Senior Manager at Fragomen (Canada) Co. in Toronto, where he assists multinational corporate clients with a wide range of Canadian immigration matters. He provides strategic advice on work authorization, permanent residency and employer compliance, working closely with clients to identify practical and efficient pathways to bring international talent to Canada in a timely and compliant manner.

Nicholas has extensive experience with business visitor and CUSMA professional matters, intracompany transfers, C20, C10, compliance audits and the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) process. He has supported clients across diverse industries, including finance, information technology, mining, manufacturing, automotive engineering and construction. Nicholas also advises organizations on the development and implementation of comprehensive immigration policies and programs, helping them establish frameworks that promote compliance, consistency and operational efficiency in their global mobility practices.

In addition to being licensed in Canada, Nicholas is also admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and is a U.S. lawyer, enabling him to provide cross-border immigration guidance for corporate clients.

During law school, Nicholas volunteered as a caseworker at Windsor Law’s Community Legal Aid Clinic, providing services to low-income and vulnerable individuals.
