Nicholas is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where he advises a range of clients—from early-stage startups to large multinational corporations—on their immigration needs, including nonimmigrant visa petitions, immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Nicholas worked with export control regulations, where he obtained deemed export licenses for foreign national employees.
Nicholas’s pro bono experience includes assisting a victim of domestic violence with obtaining permanent residency and aiding a victim of human trafficking with obtaining a T visa.
