Nikhil is a Senior Manager with the Consular Practice in Fragomen’s Dubai office, which covers 16 countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. In this role, he manages a robust team working with experienced Fragomen Local Advisors in order to meet client needs.

Nikhil oversees the service delivery of outbound business visas, document services and passport matters, and is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of services in a complex region with continually fluctuating requirements.

Nikhil has been with Fragomen for over 10 years. Before moving to Dubai, he was an Account Manager at Fragomen’s Bengaluru office, where he oversaw the India-inbound matters for numerous businesses in India. Nikhil was also based onsite for four years at one of the firm’s largest clients, where he managed service delivery. He was one of the first employees to join Fragomen’s India practice and was instrumental in helping to establish the office. He also served as a technical resource for a number of internal practice areas when the India office was recognized for the ISO 9000:2008 certification.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Nikhil assisted with U.S. immigration filings as an Immigration Advisor for a U.S.-based firm’s local office in Hyderabad, India. He also served as a practicing lawyer in the local courts for consumer court litigation matters.

Nikhil has worked with the firm’s Mexico office on pro bono initiatives, leading his team in the MENA region to provide important document procurement assistance to those in need.

Nikhil speaks English, Hindi and Marathi.
