Nikhil is a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Toronto office where he leads the program management of global business travel concierge services and oversees the successful delivery of complex travel solutions for multinational clients. In this role, he is responsible for managing end-to-end service delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders and maintaining high standards of client experience for business travelers around the world.

With extensive experience in global mobility and business travel operations, Nikhil manages large-scale group travel initiatives, supporting organizations with complex international travel requirements. He works closely with clients to develop efficient travel strategies, coordinate logistics and ensure projects are executed on time and in accordance with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

Nikhil is recognized for his collaborative leadership, operational excellence and client-focused approach. By combining strategic planning with meticulous execution, he helps organizations navigate the complexities of international business travel while delivering reliable, scalable and high-quality concierge services that support their global workforce.

Nikhil has been with Fragomen for more than 18 years. While working at Fragomen’s Dubai office, Nikhil managed a robust team working with experienced Fragomen Local Advisors in order to meet client needs. He oversaw the service delivery of outbound business visas, document services and passport matters and ensured the highest standard of services in a complex region with continually fluctuating requirements.

Before moving to Dubai, he was an Account Manager at Fragomen’s Bangalore office, where he oversaw the India-inbound matters for numerous businesses in India. Nikhil was also based onsite for four years at one of the firm’s largest clients, where he managed service delivery. He was one of the first employees to join Fragomen’s India practice and was instrumental in helping to establish the office. He also served as a technical resource for a number of internal practice areas when the India office was recognized for the ISO 9000:2008 certification.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Nikhil assisted with U.S. immigration filings as an Immigration Advisor for a U.S.-based firm’s local office in Hyderabad, India. He also served as a practicing lawyer in the local courts for consumer court litigation matters.

Nikhil has worked with the firm’s Mexico office on pro bono initiatives, leading his team in the MENA region to provide important document procurement assistance to those in need.
