Oleksandr (Alexander) is an Associate at Fragomen’s Detroit office, where he assists corporate clients and their employees with business immigration petitions. He has experience with temporary work visa petitions (H-1B, H-4, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, TN), immigrant petitions (EB-1 visas for individuals with extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers and multinational managers, EB-2, National Interest Waivers (NIW), Adjustment of Status and PERM) and Requests for Evidence (RFEs). Alexander also supervises a team of paralegal staff and coordinates the case handling processes.
Alexander has provided pro bono assistance to Ukrainian nationals filing for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) in the U.S. He has also provided pro bono assistance to pro se litigants and self-represented individuals in need of guidance regarding their civil, criminal and administrative cases through Illinois Legal Aid Online (ILAO).
Alexander speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian.
