Elena is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she works with multinational corporations in various industries, including digital, healthcare and energy, on immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN and EB-1. She also has experience preparing Request for Evidence responses.
During law school, Elena joined Fragomen’s Atlanta office as a law clerk and served as Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal.
Elena’s pro bono work includes participating in citizenship clinics at The City University of New York (CUNY).
Elena speaks English and Russian.
