Olga is a Senior Manager at Fragomen’s Abu Dhabi office with more than 14 years of immigration experience, including almost a decade in the Middle East. She works closely with multinational organisations to deliver tailored immigration solutions aligned with their business objectives. Olga is also responsible for service delivery oversight and relationship management, ensuring a seamless client experience for UAE immigration matters.

Prior to relocating to Abu Dhabi, she led key client engagements in Dubai, bringing a strong regional perspective and continuity of service across the UAE. She regularly advises on immigration audits, programme health checks and broader compliance strategies, helping clients mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency. She supports clients across a range of sectors, including finance, oil and gas, technology and professional services.

Olga has led several high-profile, multi-jurisdictional projects, including large-scale group moves under tight timelines, demonstrating her ability to deliver in complex, fast-paced environments. Her experience spans the full spectrum of UAE immigration, including complex applications, regulatory processes and compliance frameworks.

Olga speaks English and Russian.
