Oluwaponmile (Ponle) is an Associate at Fragomen’s Toronto office, where she assists a wide range of clients with navigating the ever-changing Canadian immigration landscape. She understands the immigration process and unique challenges individuals face in obtaining permanent residency in Canada and guides applicants through every step of the application process.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Ponle worked as the lead business immigration lawyer at an Ontario-based firm, where she assisted individuals and corporate clients with LMIA and LMIA-exempt work permits and permanent residence applications, such as express entry, provincial nomination, agri-food pilot and caregiver pilot applications.
Ponle has provided pro bono assistance through Women’s Centre of Calgary’s Legal Advice Clinic, where she provided vulnerable women with advice on both temporary and permanent immigration processes.
Ponle speaks English and is conversational in Yoruba.
