Oluwatomi (Tomi) is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office with more than 10 years of immigration experience. She has experience advising both corporate and individual clients on all aspects of employment- and family-based immigration, including H and L visas, PERM, and immigrant visas. Tomi has represented multinational clients in various industries, including information technology consulting, financial services, design and architecture. She leverages her extensive experience to help clients navigate the ever-changing immigration environment and identify creative solutions to tackle their most complex immigration issues.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Tomi oversaw the immigration practice of an employment law firm, where she managed the entire case lifecycle for a variety of immigration cases.

Tomi has volunteered with the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s naturalization application clinics and provided pro bono services for individuals with family-based cases and naturalization applications.
