Priscilla leads the firm’s Washington, DC office with a collaborative, dynamic approach, supporting employees at all levels across various functions in immigration law and corporate departments.

Relying on more than 25 years of dedicated immigration law experience, Priscilla advises multinational corporations on employment-related immigration issues, focusing on strategic immigration planning and regulatory compliance. She is committed to creating compliant immigration programs that achieve both business goals and people-related initiatives.

Priscilla’s experience spans a wide variety of industries, including information technology, management consulting, energy, non-profit, telecommunications and consumer goods involving all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories. She regularly assists clients with internal audits (LCA and I-9), as well as government investigations, and frequently undertakes individual matters related to family-based permanent residence applications. Priscilla is currently focused on complex, high-volume immigration programs and associated compliance and risk mitigation in the information technology consulting space.

One of Priscilla’s core tenets is a dedication to continuous improvement—whether it be counseling her clients as they navigate the intricacies of a particular case or providing them with day-to-day support as they develop and grow, she knows the work is never done and champions herself as an extension of her clients and their businesses.

Priscilla assists numerous service members with their immigration matters on a pro bono basis through the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Military Assistance Program. She represented a conditional resident with the removal of conditions on her residency and request for waiver of joint filing as a battered spouse. She also provides pro bono representation to same-sex couples seeking immigration benefits through Immigration Equality. She was recognized by Immigration Equality with a 2017 Safe Haven Award “for excellence in pro bono representation.”

Priscilla speaks English and Japanese.
