Rabia is an Associate at Fragomen's Chicago office, where she advises individuals and multinational corporate clients on a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including both employment and talent-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. She represents clients across diverse industries, including automobile, agriculture, automation and real estate investment with respect to PERM labor certifications as well as nonimmigrant visa categories including H-1B, L-1, O-1 and TN.
Rabia has extensive experience preparing talent-based immigration petitions, including EB-1A and EB-2 National Interest Waiver matters for clients with extraordinary ability or exceptional achievements.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Rabia worked at a San Francisco-based boutique immigration law firm, where she oversaw the business immigration team, supervised paralegals, developed case strategies, reviewed filings and advised clients on immigration planning and compliance. Her experience also includes family-based, humanitarian, naturalization, administrative appeal and federal court-related immigration matters.
