Raj is a Partner and solicitor based in our London office, where he currently manages a team of solicitors and paralegals. He is also the lead solicitor for several major corporate clients, providing strategic immigration advice and support. Working with his team, Raj provides advice to major financial and professional services, pharmaceutical, engineering, IT and media clients on their employees’ relocation to the United Kingdom and the corresponding compliance issues.
Raj also advises on immigration issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions and other changes to corporate/group structures.
In addition to the above, Raj assists high net worth individuals from across the world with their personal immigration cases. As a member of Fragomen’s specialized team that deals with the high-value migrant visa category, Raj advises clients on the immigration and financial requirements for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur Migrant) and (Investor) Migrant Visas.
Prior to joining Fragomen in August 2012, Raj worked at another leading immigration law firm, where he completed his training. He is also a regular contributor to immigration articles and features in legal publications.
In 2014, Raj was short-listed for the Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards Rising Star Award.
