Ralph is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Dallas office, where he provides corporate immigration counsel to clients in a wide variety of industries, including engineering, manufacturing, retail, real estate, information technology and financial services. His practice encompasses all aspects of corporate immigration, including immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based visas, PERM labor certification, permanent residence and employer compliance. Ralph has partnered with emerging companies of all sizes to develop efficient and sustainable immigration programs.
Prior to joining Fragomen’s Dallas office, Ralph was an Associate at Fragomen’s Irvine and Chicago offices, where he led a legal team that provided strategic immigration counsel to multiple start-up, multinational and Fortune 500 companies.
Ralph has provided pro bono services in partnership with the National Immigrant Justice Center and World Relief.
Ralph speaks English and Korean.
