Rebecca is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she handles a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including employment-based nonimmigrant visas and the PERM labor certification process. Rebecca also has experience responding to complex Requests for Evidence. She represents various corporate clients, including a leading multinational technology consulting corporation.
Rebecca started her Fragomen career as a Summer Associate in 2022 and served as a law clerk until 2023. During law school, Rebecca participated in her law school’s Safe Harbor Clinic, where she assisted on asylum and Temporary Protected Status matters and the Disability and Civil Rights Clinic. She also spent a semester as a judicial extern with the Southern District of New York and was a member of her law school’s Moot Court Honor Society, Appellate Division. Prior to joining law school, Rebecca worked in human resources and performing arts and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mozambique.
Rebecca is active in pro bono work as a detention watch volunteer and has assisted with a SIJS case matter. She participates in various intake and naturalization clinics.
Rebecca speaks English, French and Portuguese.
