Rebecca is a Senior Manager with the firm’s U.S. consular team, based in our London office. She has been practicing U.S. immigration since 2013. Rebecca assists with U.S. consular services across the EMEA region, by preparing nonimmigrant visa applications and immigrant visa petitions, for clients in a variety of industries including finance, hospitality, technology, media and recruitment. She has extensive experience on consular processing for large groups travelling on an urgent basis for Fortune 500 companies.

Rebecca handles treaty investor applications for applicants seeking to start a new business in the U.S. She prepares immediate relative petitions, particularly when a U.S. citizen may have to urgently relocate back to the U.S. Further, Rebecca assists with and prepares waivers of inadmissibility for applicants with prior criminal convictions and U.S. immigration violations.

Rebecca has comprehensive experience in successfully securing visas for those with complex situations e.g., prior denials, as well as expedited appointments for unforeseen travel.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Rebecca acquired consular experience at a law firm in Tel Aviv, where she handled employment-based nonimmigrant petitions for multinational corporations and foreign traders in the technology, security, manufacturing and diamond industries. She also gained valuable immigration experience at a boutique law firm in Miami, FL, U.S., where she was responsible for the employment-based casework of foreign nationals in the advertising, classical music, fashion modelling and athletics industries. Rebecca has previously supported immigration matters for a non-profit organisation in New York City. Rebecca also participated in her law school’s immigration clinic, which focused on acquiring visas for dependent juveniles.
