Renet is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office with more than 20 years of immigration experience and previously worked in the firm’s New York office. She represents a multinational technology company in all aspects of their employment-based immigration policy development and program implementation.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Renet provided immigration services in-house at one of the world’s largest multinational professional services networks. She partnered with human resource professionals, business leadership and mobility executives to identify, strategize and implement immigration programs to secure and maintain work authorization with an eye towards lawful permanent residence for highly skilled foreign national talent.
Renet's pro bono efforts include assisting the American Immigration Lawyers Association's pro bono efforts on behalf of vulnerable Afghani nationals seeking humanitarian relief in the United States.
