Richard is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he advises multinational corporate clients in the technology and pharmaceutical industries on a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories. His experience includes working with foreign national employees, human resources professionals and management personnel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to provide tailored guidance on business immigration processes and procedures. Richard previously served as a paralegal in the firm’s Washington, DC office from 2013 to 2017.
