Rodrigo is a Senior Manager for the Americas at Fragomen’s Mexico City office, where he provides immigration services to Fortune 500 companies from diverse industries including technology, consumer products, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, infrastructure, aerospace and securities.

Rodrigo has more than a decade of experience in corporate immigration law, including citizenship. In his current role, he is responsible for handling a variety of complex legal projects and providing his clients’ senior management with advice on immigration strategies.

Rodrigo’s practice covers all aspects of Mexico corporate immigration, including providing guidance and advice on general immigration processes for business visitor visas, temporary work and residence permits, entry clearances, entry visas, passports, permanent residence visa applications and citizenship. He also serves as the principal point-of-contact for his clients in Mexico and the Americas.

Prior to Fragomen opening its Mexico office, Rodrigo worked as an Account Manager with Fragomen’s former Local Advisor partner firm in Mexico.

Rodrigo has served as a thesis advisor for a Harvard University student’s senior thesis on global immigration in athletics.

As a member of the Mexico office’s pro bono team, Rodrigo has implemented collaboration agreements with the non-governmental organization Ayuda en Acción México and many consulates to provide legal advice and training to immigrants from Central America who are in the country irregularly.

Rodrigo speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Prior to Fragomen opening its Mexico office, Rodrigo worked as an Account Manager with Fragomen’s former Local Advisor partner firm in Mexico.
