Ryan is an Associate at Fragomen’s Irvine office, where he represents clients in employment-based immigrant visa matters. His practice primarily focuses on EB-1 petitions and EB-2 National Interest Waiver cases, assisting clients in navigating complex eligibility standards and evidentiary requirements.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Ryan gained experience in both employment-based and humanitarian immigration matters. He has conducted research on the current immigration law and provided significant edits to more than 300 pages of the 9th edition of AILA’s Asylum Primer.
During law school, Ryan participated in the New York Law School Asylum Clinic, where he assisted individuals of Guinean and Afghan nationality with their asylum applications. His background also includes immigration law research and client advocacy roles supporting individuals and families seeking immigration benefits in the United States.
