Samantha (Sam) is an Associate based in Fragomen’s New York office, where she focuses her practice on representing multinational corporate clients from a wide range of industries, including information technology consulting, business and management consulting, and healthcare. She is experienced with drafting legal briefs, including responses to Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny, and assisting with complex matters concerning immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.
During law school, Sam worked as a Law Clerk in Fragomen’s Boston office and served as the Executive Editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. As a Student Attorney in the Suffolk University Law School Immigration Clinic, she represented indigent clients in deportation proceedings before the immigration court and prepared naturalization petitions, family-based visa applications and asylum applications.
