Sam is an Associate at Fragomen's Dallas office, where he practices corporate U.S. immigration and nationality law. He represents clients across the telecommunications, software and technology industries.
Sam assists clients with a variety of U.S. immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, and I-140 petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers and multinational managers.
During law school, Sam helped clients obtain U visas in conjunction with the Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victims of Crimes Against Women. In addition, he volunteered at Catholic Charities Dallas, where he helped clients apply for U.S. citizenship through naturalization.
