Sara is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she advises a large multinational company on all stages of the PERM process. She has experience managing complex employment-based immigration cases for research institutions, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, technology startups, hospitals, universities and individuals, and has particular experience with EB-1 petitions, National Interest Waivers, O-1 nonimmigrant petitions and physician J waiver issues. Sara also has experience working with individuals in the arts, including concert musicians, composers and visual artists, as well as identifying immigration solutions for entrepreneurs with diverse business backgrounds.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Sara was Senior Counsel at an immigration law firm based in Maine.
