Sarah is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Diego office, where she develops long-term strategies for employers and foreign nationals spanning various sectors, including engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, healthcare and entertainment. During her time with the firm, Sarah has effectively advocated for numerous employers, multinational corporations, entrepreneurs and skilled professionals.

Sarah is fluent in maneuvering through a wide array of employment-based visa categories, including H-1B visas for specialized occupation workers, L-1 visas for intracompany transferees, O visas for individuals with extraordinary abilities, E-2 visas for treaty investors and employees, TN visas, PERMs, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 immigration visa for those seeking permanent residency in the U.S. Leveraging her deep comprehension of the intricate details of immigration law, she skillfully devises innovative strategies to surmount challenges and secure advantageous results for her clients.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Sarah gained experience in immigration law at a California-based firm, where she focused on employment-based immigration, focusing on NIW and EB-1A permanent residency applications for foreign nationals.

In law school, Sarah served as the Managing Editor for The Wisconsin Law Review, where she was responsible for editing articles prior to publication.
