Sarah is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she counsels multinational corporate clients on the full range of nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, E-3 and TN. She partners with clients to develop strategic immigration plans and ensure compliance with immigration laws, Department of Labor regulations and USCIS policies. Sarah has experience working with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of industries, including technology, transportation, finance and fashion.
Sarah first joined Fragomen as a Law Clerk, where she helped prepare responses to Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny and Notices of Intent to Revoke, Motions to Reopen, Motions to Reconsider and National Interest Exemption waivers for nonimmigrant visas. During law school, Sarah served as a student representative at the University of San Francisco’s Intellectual Property Law Clinic, where she assisted small businesses that were applying for trademarks and appealing trademark refusals.
Sarah speaks English and Farsi.
