Savina is an Immigration Programme Manager at Fragomen’s London office, where she is responsible for supporting major client accounts for the EMEA region and globally. She provides comprehensive programme level support to clients across a range of industries, serving as the first point of contact on multiple EMEA matters. She also assists with client projects, high-level compliance inquiries, protocols setting and client relationship building.
Savina has more than 10 years of experience in the immigration and mobility industry, where she has supported the immigration programmes of large Fortune 500 companies, both as an immigration provider and in-house. Savina started her career in Bulgaria, supporting the work of a small destination services company, before moving to a large global immigration law firm in California. In her role, Savina supported the Canadian casework for several large corporate accounts and later moved to immigration programme management. She had a diverse portfolio of multinational clients from various industries including oil and gas, IT, healthcare and relocation companies.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Savina was an in-house Global Immigration Business Partner at a financial technology startup. She managed their global immigration programme outside of the United States while also supporting its rapid growth worldwide during the pandemic. Savina is well versed in assisting clients with navigating the complex and constantly evolving global immigration scene and managing recruiting goals.
Savina’s previous pro bono experience includes volunteering at the Glasgow Unity Center for Refugees.
Savina speaks English and Bulgarian.
