Sergio is a Senior Manager and Attorney-at-Law at Fragomen’s Mexico City office, where he advises multinational and domestic companies on all aspects of Mexican immigration law, including the international transfer of top executive employees to Mexico.

Sergio advises clients on visa processing, admissibility, waivers, time frames and registration processes for foreign nationals and their families. He advises foreign personnel in Mexico regarding residence extensions, permanent residency, naturalizations and travel restrictions. In addition, Sergio assists companies from diverse industries to properly register before the National Immigration Institute in Mexico and obtain Corporate Registration Certificates in order to be able to sponsor visas for foreign nationals.

Sergio speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
