Slavina is an Associate based in Fragomen’s London office, where she practices in all areas of U.S. business immigration law. She sits in the U.S. Local Client team and provides U.S. immigration support to a wide range of clients, including entrepreneurs, small and medium sized businesses, and private clients based in the UK and EMEA.
Slavina has practiced U.S. immigration law since 2015. She has a strong background in consular matters, non-immigrant visas for treaty traders and investors, intracompany transfers, individuals with extraordinary ability, and permanent residency matters (employment and family based).
Slavina speaks Bulgarian and English.
