Stephanie is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she advises corporate clients on employment-based nonimmigrant visa matters.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Stephanie practiced at a regional law firm with offices throughout New England, where she was a member of the business litigation and immigration law groups. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in a wide range of matters involving breach of contract, real estate, landlord-tenant, family and probate disputes. She also has experience assisting businesses and individuals with immigration matters.
During law school, Stephanie served as an Articles Editor for the Vermont Law Review and as an Advanced Clinician in the Entrepreneurship Legal Laboratory. She also interned with the Vermont Attorney General’s Office in the Agency of Transportation legal unit and was Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
