Sylvain is a Partner in Fragomen’s Paris office. He is responsible for managing client relationships and immigration programs in France. Sylvain is passionate about developing innovative global mobility and immigration solutions and providing practical advice to complex problems.
Sylvain has more than 18 years of immigration and global mobility experience at multinational companies, with a focus on leadership and strategic operations. He has a proven track record in building high-performing teams with a focus on meeting clients’ goals, achieving efficiency and favorable results.
In addition, Sylvain has experience in leading highly complex cross-service line advisory projects for clients, requiring deep understanding of French immigration law.
As Practice Leader, Sylvain oversees business development and client services and collaborates with professionals across the firm to expand the firm’s offerings in the region.
Sylvain speaks English, French and Spanish.
