Taylor is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she assists multinational corporate clients with a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including employment-based petitions for nonimmigrant visas and applications for permanent residence. Taylor also has experience responding to complex Requests for Evidence, drafting national interest waivers and developing I-9 programs for multinational corporate clients.
Prior to joining Fragomen as an Associate, Taylor worked as a law clerk in the New York office during law school. While studying at Tulane, Taylor served as the Editor in Chief of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law, Volume 30. She also participated in the school’s Immigrant Rights Clinic, as well as the Immigration Clinic of the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice, where she assisted individuals seeking asylum and parole in the U.S. and also helped children with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status on a pro bono basis.
