Tim is a Partner based in Fragomen’s New Jersey office. Tim has more than 20 years of immigration experience, and he leverages this experience to help clients implement and continuously improve their U.S. immigration programs.

Tim has significant experience advising clients on the immigration impact of corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as helping individual clients to navigate U.S. immigration regulations.

He supports clients primarily in the pharmaceutical, chemical, medical engineering and high-end manufacturing industries in addition to universities.

Tim actively provides pro bono services and has advised on asylum, U visa and withholding cases focusing on support of women and children, including one project where he advised women and children seeking asylum at a detention center in Pennsylvania.

Represented a global manufacturing company in divesting multiple entities throughout the world. This included advising on impact to immigration status of different corporate structures, identifying impacted population, establishing strategy for impacted employees and advising on compliance for new entities.

Partnered with a multinational conglomerate to consolidate their worldwide immigration program with Fragomen. This included developing strategies for the establishment of a centralized immigration center within the corporation and developing customized and streamlined processes for more than 2,000 immigration cases.
