Tyler is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office. He primarily works on U.S. business immigration law, where he assists large corporate institutions with an array of immigration matters, including employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters such as H-1B, L-1 and O-1 visa petitions and applications. He also has extensive experience with PERM-related matters. Tyler has helped shape some key PERM-based processes for clients to streamline and expedite casework, and has created and revised multiple case processing documents.
Tyler has provided pro bono assistance with Adjustment of Status and Petitions for Alien Relatives. He has previously partnered with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and AILA’s Military Assistance Program (MAP).
