Vicky is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she advises multinational clients on a broad range of employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visa categories and immigrant processes such as PERM labor certification and permanent residence. She has experience representing corporate clients from startups to large multinational corporations in a variety of industries, including technology, financial services, architecture and manufacturing.

Prior to joining the firm, Vicky was a Senior Attorney at a midsize law firm based in San Francisco. She counseled high volume corporate clients on all employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories as well as other immigration matters, including I-9 compliance. Previously, Vicky also represented high-net-worth individual clients on investment-based immigration matters.

Vicky speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
