Whitney is an Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office, where she practices in the area of corporate immigration law. She primarily assists multinational corporations in the information technology and consulting sectors with employment-based visas and permanent residence matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Whitney served as Attorney Advisor to the D.C. District Chief Administrative Law Judge at the U.S. Department of Labor, where she worked on nonimmigrant matters as well as PERM certification appeals before the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA).
