Whitney is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Diego office, where she practices in the area of corporate immigration law. She primarily advises multinational corporations in the information technology and consulting sectors on all aspects of U.S. employment-based immigration law, including nonimmigrant visa petitions, the PERM labor certification process, immigrant petitions and adjustment of status applications.
Prior to joining the firm, Whitney served as Attorney Advisor to the D.C. District Chief Administrative Law Judge at the U.S. Department of Labor, where she worked on nonimmigrant matters as well as PERM certification appeals before the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA).
