William is an Associate at Fragomen’s Atlanta office, where he counsels clients on employment-based immigrant visa matters. He has represented individuals, small businesses and multinational corporations across various industries, including information technology, automotive, manufacturing and energy. William has experience preparing immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, including PERM Labor Certifications, and drafting legal memoranda, legal briefs and responses to complex Requests for Evidence.
