Yinny is an Associate in Fragomen’s Sheffield office. She works in the UK inbound team and assists corporate clients and individuals on a broad spectrum of UK immigration matters, including work authorisation visa routes, business visitor visas, sponsor licence applications and its associated compliance requirements, family migration, settlement and citizenship.

As a dual-qualified lawyer in Malaysia and the UK, Yinny has extensive experience advising on multi-jurisdictional immigration matters and liaising with multiple stakeholders involved in the immigration process. Yinny also assists overseas companies looking to expand their businesses in the UK and set up UK entities before bringing in foreign national expertise.

Prior to relocating to Fragomen’s Sheffield office, Yinny was an Immigration Analyst at Fragomen in Malaysia where she advised corporate clients and individuals on Malaysia immigration matters and managed multiple accounts, including white glove service accounts.

Before joining Fragomen, Yinny worked at one of the largest full-service commercial firms in Malaysia, primarily assigned to the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department.

Yinny speaks Cantonese, English, Malay and Mandarin.
