Zachary is an Associate at Fragomen’s Detroit office, where he advises multinational corporations on a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions and PERM labor certifications. He partners with clients to file petitions and applications on behalf of multinational managers and executives, employees possessing advanced and specialized knowledge, and professionals with advanced degrees, primarily in the banking and financial services industries.
Zachary also has experience representing clients with extraordinary or exceptional abilities in the sciences, arts, education, business and athletics, as well as outstanding professors and researchers, each spanning an array of industries from medical science to the performing arts. Additionally, he has experience advising clients in the IT consultancy industry.
