Value-Added Services

Enrich your immigration service experience.

At Fragomen, our clients are our partners. Together, we’re navigating a fluctuating and challenging immigration landscape. Together, we’re working to achieve our business goals.

Every successful partnership starts with trust and a commitment to communication and transparency. And every successful immigration program requires much more than transactional application support.

As part of our commitment to this partnership, Fragomen provides a range of value-added services at no cost to enrich your immigration service experience.

Here’s how:

Timely updates and alerts.

When significant changes in immigration regulations, requirements, policies or procedures are anticipated or implemented, we will send you Immigration Alerts and updates. You can sign up to receive alerts automatically, or access current or past alerts at any time on our website.

We also provide clients with a range of helpful knowledge resources for the countries where we serve you such as country snapshots, process flows, videos and document checklists.

Case management technology.

To make the complex simpler, our proprietary, state-of-the-art case management technology—Fragomen Connect—will give you 24/7 access to your case matters and serve as a central resource for information transfer and document upload and storage. Whether you need to see a specific population for program management purposes or a specific case matter for an employee and their dependents, our system is a one-stop shop for all of your case and program management needs.

Reporting and analytics.

Reporting is a critical tool for program managers. Fragomen offers a suite of standard reports free of charge, including extensive dashboard analytics of your immigration program and population.

Business review meetings.

Meeting periodically to discuss big picture strategies and anticipated needs is an important part of keeping your immigration program on-course. These meetings are designed to:

  • Assess the success of your program and service delivery
  • Review changes to corporate goals, policies or practices that could affect your immigration program
  • Analyze and determine potential areas for program enhancements
