Binjay is a Business Process Manager in Fragomen’s Kochi office. He is responsible for managing case processing, operations and service delivery for the firm’s U.S. East Coast offices. He also works on various projects and client implementations in India.
Binjay has been with the firm since the inception of the India shared services team in 2010. Prior to his current role, Binjay was responsible for the setup and implementation of new processes and projects, process optimization and continual improvement initiatives and the implementation of new clients. He worked closely with Partners, Practice Leaders, Managers and case teams to identify new projects and transition them to the shared services team.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Binjay worked with multinational companies across the banking, finance, procurement and consulting sectors.
Binjay speaks English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil.
