Über das letzte Jahr haben wir in ganz Deutschland zahlreiche Gespräche mit mittelständischen Unternehmen geführt. Dabei ging es um Ihre Herausforderungen im Rahmen der Entsendung oder Dienstreisen von Mitarbeitern ins Ausland.
Daraus entstanden zahlreiche Fragen. Auch im Zusammenhang mit der Corona-Pandemie und zukünftig wieder Reisenden erhielten wir sehr viele Anfragen rund um das Thema Mitarbeiterentsendung und Compliance. Das hat uns dazu motiviert, die wichtigsten Themen – ob zum Beispiel die A-1 Bescheinigung bei Geschäftsreisen weiterhin benötigt wird etc. – nochmals aufzugreifen und in Form eines Referenzbuches zusammenzufassen.
