Pina, who is part of the GIC Committee, will speak on "Global Talent & Immigration Policies - Will They Ever Align?" on Thursday, 20 June.
The panellists will address how different countries are approaching the labour shortages they are facing, due to the evolving demographic shifts. Despite the priority of many companies to access global talent, immigration policies do not always support these goals. The session will also explore how higher educational institutions are helping students transition into global careers.
