Fragomen will attend the 16th Annual IIUSA EB-5 Industry Forum and the 21st Annual IIUSA Membership Meeting, taking place April 29–May 1, 2026, in Washington, DC. As the premier U.S.-based event for investment and immigration business development and education, the Forum brings together stakeholders from across the globe for three days of programming focused on education, networking, and advocacy. Held in the nation’s capital—home to key decision-makers and a dynamic EB-5 investment landscape—the event offers valuable opportunities to connect with the Fragomen team throughout the Forum.
Partners Chad Ellsworth and Rahul Soni will participate in Session 3B, EB-5 in a Shifting Immigration Landscape, on Thursday, April 30 from 10:30AM – 11:30AM, with Rahul serving as moderator. The panel will explore how emerging immigration pathways and recent administrative developments are shaping investor strategies and overall program dynamics, including considerations around concurrent filing, cross-border implications, and the evolving relationship between EB-5 and new immigration options.
Fragomen will host the evening reception on April 30 from 4:30PM – 5:45PM in the Regency Foyer.
