Eu tive recentemente o prazer de participar do Abemmi Mobility Summit 2019. Foi a segunda edição do evento que reuniu o setor privado de mobilidade e autoridades públicas em São Paulo, Brasil, para discutir caminhos para ampliar e melhorar a mobilidade global e o setor de imigração no país.
Este encontro anual é uma iniciaitva da Associação Brasileira dos Especialistas em Migração e Mobilidade Internacional (Abemmi), que deseja ampliar o diálogo em busca de soluções para tornar o processo de imigração mais simples e eficaz possível.
Durante o evento, moderei o painel com autoridades públicas sobre trâmites legais de imigração, onde discutimos sobre os avanços que jáconquistamos e desafios a serem enfrentados pelos expatriados no Brasil com a burocracia.
Notícias sobre migração e desenvolvimento
O encontro foi um evento empolgante, uma vez que marcou o lançamento do manual de boas práticas relacionadas à migração e outro sobre o relacionamento com a administração pública.
Outra boa notícia foi o anúncio feito pelo representante do Ministério da Economia de que a pasta pode lançar em julho um aplicativo para celular para a emissão de vistos de trabalho para brasileiros e estrangeiros.
Esta iniciativa pode agilizar o processo, de acordo com o coordenador de identificação e Registro Profisisonal do Ministério da Economia, Sergio Barreto, que participou do Abemmi Mobility Summit 2019.
O encontro também teve seu foco em inovação e avanço tecnológico aplicado à mobilidade e discutiu a repercussão tecnológica e comportamental de processos impactados pelas soluções digitais, necessidades de cybersegurança e as mudanças aceleradas que compõe o atual cenário mundial.
Durante o evento, o chefe do departamento de Segurança e Justiça do Ministério das Relações Exteriores, André Veras Guimarães, enfatizou a importância do aperfeiçoamento de processos relacionados à imigração. “Nós estamos constantemente aprimorando nosso trabalho através da tecnologia, uma vez que a imigração é um grande fenônemo global hoje em dia”.
Conclusão/ O que esperar no futuro
Eu acredito que o encontro foi uma grande oportunidade para empresas e autoridades discutirem juntas soluções para os processos envolvendo expatriados.
