Diana serves as the Managing Partner of Fragomen in Brazil, where she has played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the firm’s operations across the country. Today, Fragomen Brazil serves a diverse array of multinational corporations and local branches of global companies in various industries, positioning itself as a trusted partner for immigration needs under Diana’s leadership.

Diana oversees a dedicated team of more than 50 professionals across Fragomen’s São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices, ensuring that the Brazil team delivers tailored solutions for its wide-ranging client base. Her client service approach emphasizes the importance of strong, lasting relationships and personalized care, which has fostered an environment of trust and collaboration. She is known for her strategic insights and her ability to work closely with authorities to expedite visa processes and resolve complex issues, often securing quicker outcomes for clients facing bureaucratic delays.

In addition to leading Fragomen’s Brazil offices, Diana is the Vice President of the Brazilian Migration Association (ABEMMI), an organization she co-founded in 2017. The ABEMMI was created in response to major changes in Brazil’s migration laws and Diana has served on its board since its inception. The association has grown significantly since its founding, now comprising 76 member organizations, including immigration firms, law firms, tax companies and multinational corporations. Diana plays an active role in advocating for policies that support the industry, working closely with government officials to propose and influence legislation. Her efforts have earned the ABEMMI a reputation as a leading voice in Brazil’s migration landscape.

Diana’s experience has made her a highly sought-after thought leader in the media, frequently offering her insights on Brazil’s immigration policies and global mobility trends. Her work, especially in the oil and gas sector, for example, where she handles the specific immigration needs of offshore crews, has earned her the respect of top-tier industry organizations.

A passionate advocate for social causes, Diana has also led initiatives to help local communities in need, such as during the 2024 floods and landslides in southern Brazil. She helped to organize Fragomen employee donations and support efforts, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in addition to her professional work.
