Bahrain: Minimum Real Estate Investment for Golden Residency Visa Reduced

Bahrain has lowered the minimum real estate investment required for its Golden Residency visa to BHD 130,000, down from BHD 200,000. The considerably reduced investment threshold will make the visa more accessible. The visa itself was launched in 2022, and provides a 10-year renewable residence with the possibility of work rights as well as family reunification.
