Rethinking today means questioning traditional management models and adopting more inclusive practices that value employee diversity and individuality. In an increasingly globalized world, and with the possibility of a global workforce, immigration certainly supports these practices and can be a solution. Fragomen will host a booth at the CONARH trade fair - EXPO ABRH, in a pavilion with more than 24 thousand m², and together with more than 170 exhibitors.
