Equatorial Guinea: Increased Checks for Undocumented Foreign Nationals

The government has started the process of detecting, detaining and deporting undocumented foreign nationals. Foreign nationals are advised to keep their legal documents, such as their valid passport and proof of immigration status, on hand and employers are advised to maintain a filing receipt for the immigration applications of employees at the workplace, in case of unannounced audits or document checks.
