This workshop will provide an in-depth exploration of the opportunities and challenges related to Refugee Labour Mobility (RLM) in Germany, focusing on global RLM initiatives and how they can be adapted to the German context.
A key session will feature Marius Tollenaere from Fragomen, who will present on The Global Task Force and Baseline Assessment for Germany. This session will offer an overview of ongoing global RLM activities and provide a broad context for understanding how these international initiatives can be applied to Germany. Marius will share key recommendations drawn from a baseline assessment that highlights potential pathways for Germany to successfully implement RLM.
